Stop Wasting Hours on Unmillable Files
Every plan includes the full SimQ DENTAL Mill Check functionality. Choose the volume that fits your production.
ISO 13485 certified since 2018 · GDPR compliant · Hosted on Microsoft Azure
A plan sets your volume and your service level. Whether you work in the browser or connect Mill Check to your systems is a separate choice, and it is open on every plan.
PRODUCTION
Your plan is sized in checks per month. Cases per day is only the easier way to picture that number,
converted with 21 production days.
Nothing on this list depends on your plan. Pricing scales with your production volume, and full Mill Check functionality stays included.
Prices shown per month, net, in EUR. USD is converted at the current exchange rate.
€58,000
a year for one CAM technician checking files by hand, and even then only a sample gets checked
4-figure
annual licence cost per seat for file repair software
from €0.26
per checked file with Mill Check, and every single file gets checked
Optional depth on top of the standard pipeline. Bookable with every plan, because your plan and your workflow are two separate choices.
Preview how your machine will actually cut the file before a blank is clamped.
Automatically detects and counts units directly from the uploaded geometry, so per-unit billing stays accurate.
Checks screw channel diameter, margins, length and deviation from the Z axis.
€49 per month
Watches a folder and pushes new files into Mill Check automatically. Simple automation, no development work.
Available with every plan.
Feature Preview modules are currently included at no additional cost. Pricing will be communicated before any preview feature becomes a paid add-on.
REST API access is part of every plan. A custom API integration into your portal or ERP is a separate project, scoped and quoted per case, and available with every plan. Onboarding including the configuration check is free. Whitelabel and custom checks are Enterprise only.
The same checks on every file, on every plan, whatever your volume.
Undercut areas relative to the insertion direction, marked in red on the mating surface before the blank is clamped.
Determines the insertion axis of the restoration and flags misaligned files. The basis for reliable margin and undercut assessment.
Validates the margin where the crown meets the prepared tooth against your horizontal offset and extension angle, set per material.
Measured across the entire geometry and visualized as a color-coded heatmap, with your minimum configured per material.
Separate bodies that should be one solid, typical for unjoined bridge connectors.
Floating fragments near or inside the main geometry, a cutter breakage risk.
Surface-only geometry that is not a closed solid and cannot be nested or sliced.
Self-penetrating mesh and hidden internal loops that break the sliced layer structure.
Loops breaking through the outer surface, deforming the visible geometry.
Geometry tapering to edges too thin to survive manufacturing forces.
Every connector cross-section validated against the minimum for the selected material.
Generates metadata directly from the STL file, so key file information is available without opening it.

No. Every plan works in the browser, with no installation and no integration project. REST API access is included on every plan, and a custom workflow integration into your upload portal or ERP is available whenever it makes sense for you.
One STL file uploaded for checking, regardless of restoration complexity.
No. They are there to try Mill Check in the browser before you subscribe, without a plan and without an integration. They are not a credit on a plan, and checks you do not use in the test do not carry over. A plan starts with its full monthly volume.
Because the check is what tells you which files those are. Sorting them out in advance means looking at all of them, and a person looking at one file costs a few euros of working time, not cents. Held against that: on the largest plan a check costs 0.26 euro. In our pilot data 5 percent of incoming files were not producible as designed, and Mill Check flagged 83 percent of those before production.
No. Your plan covers a number of checks per month. Cases per day is that number converted with 21 production days, so it is easier to picture. Single days above your figure do not trigger anything as long as your typical monthly volume stays inside your plan.
The next tier up. 200 cases a day take the 250 tier, 400 cases a day take the 500 tier. There are no prices in between, which keeps the model readable for everyone.
Nothing gets blocked and nothing gets invoiced automatically. If your usage exceeds your plan for good, we contact you and move you to the matching tier from the following billing period.
Yes, any time, effective at the end of the month.
They are fully working checks we are still refining. They are included at no additional cost today, and we will announce pricing before any of them becomes a paid add-on.
Above 500 cases per day we price individually, because requirements differ: volume, SLA, dedicated capacity, whitelabel, custom checks and multi-site setups. Talk to us.
